Yes indeed we are working on that! When Tara returns from her honeymoon we'll start with getting together some basic guideline questions to help facilitate the interviews. Since we are game accessibility...we will have to have text transcripts but we are used to that. We endorse it after all! We are a SIG that's been around in various forms for about 10 years but became "official" around 2003. Wow, if all the SIGs did a few, it would really help this SIG as well. The collective histories would be amazing to read. But do I have to talk about the GDC disaster year? ;) 2006 was a LOT crazy. However, lessons were learned. :)

Ryan -- if you had a guideline doc for your interviews, could you send it to me off list? Thanks!!

I'm writing, first, to suggest that you consider linking up with other efforts in the area of digital game history, such as the IGDA Preservation SIG or the new MADE in San Francisco. Secondly, I'm writing to ask about the logo of the Digital Game Museum. If you go over to the Preservation SIG's site, you'll notice that what is represented in your logo is virtually identical to the logo of the SIG. E.g., here: http://www.igda.org/preservation/. We're a little concerned that this might cause some confusion, esp. since the SIG has been around for a while and this might be construed as suggesting that the SIG is behind the Museum. I should mention that I am currently chairing the SIG, which is why I am bringing the logo issue to your attention. We wel
