This April, you can help me participate in the MS150, a 150 mile bike
ride from Houston to Austin that is used to raise awareness of Multiple
Sclerosis. A friend is riding and my wife has talked me into it.

I didn't know anything about MS when I started getting into this and
now I have learned a lot. MS can affect anyone at any time and there
are no known causes or cures. Yeah. It's that scary. Maybe you could
spend a few minutes reading through http://multiplesclerosis.com/us/  to
learn more, or do your own search on the internet to see what you can
learn.

If you want to check with me to see if I'm really doing this and
whether this is a bogus email or not, I encourage you to look me up
through any of the below methods.

I am going to find a way to make my goal of $3000. It would be great if
you would "come along for the ride!"
