[game_preservation] List of libraries/archives that take donations?

Yeah, I really don't want to make a huge project out of this, I'm just
asking the group to throw out some names of places that might benefit from
these so I can start organizing. I'm obviously not going to send packages
to everyone, but if there are like ten or fifteen places that would clearly
benefit I'm happy to send out care packages before figuring out what to do
with the excess. Thanks!
