[game_preservation] Scanning fanfold printouts of game code

Try Andy Keenan at U. Toronto.  Not a librarian or preservation 
specialist, but doing game studies PhD in the library school there. He 
might have a contact.   Fan-fold scanning is tricky for a variety of 
reasons, so your contact probably should talk to someone with some 
expertise.  Maybe Andy knows someone.
