[LEAPSECS] Stephen Colbert and the Leap Second

On tonight's Colbert Report, Stephen Colbert rated the upcoming leap 
second as one of the "threats" to itemize, saying that 2008 sucked so 
badly that it's a bad idea to make it any longer, and he's also 
planned every second of the year in a Page A Second planner book, so 
the extra second messes up his schedule.
