Yes.  In 1999 some bombers were killed due to Israel and Palestine
switching DST on different dates.  Normally they have the same zone
offset, but around DST switches for a few weeks they're an hour apart.
Apparently the bombs were prepared, and timers set, by different
people from those transporting them, so the bombing operation was not
self-consistent on the matter.
