As long as the list is waking up, the next WP7A meeting in Geneva is
imminent.  As required by federal rules, the draft contribution for
the US on WRC-15 Agenda Item 1.14 (the leap second issue) is out for
review at
https://www.ussg7.org/ITAC-R%20Documents.aspx
In this case it's a joint US/France/BIPM document.
