[LEAPSECS] impending leap second issues

The impending leap second has produced more advance warnings than any
during the 15 year process at the ITU-R.  Among them are

kernel - update to handle leap second change
Cisco ASR 5000 Series

UCS-FI: reload or switchover may occur due to Leap second update
Cisco Unified Computing System

N5K: Switch hang/lock up may occur due to Leap second update
Cisco Nexus 5000 Series Switches

LEAP SECOND: Leap second update susceptibility.
Cisco Unified Communications System

June 30 2015 leap second may cause server to hang or halt
Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CallManager)

PTP Leap Second : n5k ptp off clock off by 35 seconds
Cisco Nexus 5000 Series Switches

Leap Second may cause Linux to freeze
In theory only 2.6.22 and newer levels should be affected

GLONASS Enabled OEM Cards and the June 30th 2015 Leap Second
OEMV receivers with firmware 3.906 or lower
OEM6 receivers with firmware 6.100(OEM060100RN0000) or lower

Avaya AIC 7.2.x AIC 7.3.X for Windows/Solaris and AIX platforms
