just want to let you know that version 4.2.8p7 of NTP installer for
Windows is now available:

NTP v4.2.8p7 has been published 2016-04-26. It provides some security
patches and some other enhancements. See:

The installer for Windows also provides openSSL DLL v1.0.1s, which
contains some security fixes as well.
