Which included a manual process that must be followed exactly, and was
not due to low staffing and the holiday.  Bad weather prevented
observations anyway.  Also, I just found one server with the 2012
Linux 2.6 kernel livelock.  That is for an instrument which will not
be on telescope until next week.  Most dismaying of all was that, in
contrast with previous leap seconds, the GPS timeserver lost lock on
the satellites until it was reset.

beyond the Cloudflare go lang DNS problem there were also
some Cisco ASR100x routers that rebooted
