Back in the old days, computer clocks weren't accurate enough to care about
leap seconds.
In the early 80s, the NTP equivalent at Xerox was only good to a second and
it was only used at boot time.
By the time computers and networks (and a few geeks) were good enough to
notice, it was too late.
Anybody know when NTP supported it's first leap second?
