There's a discussion about standardizing leap smear at the IETF. Carsten
Bormann suggested the acronym “Smeared Leapsecond over twentyfour hours" —
SLOTH.

Lundy, Fastnet, Irish Sea: West veering northwest 6 to gale 8, occasionally
severe gale 9. Rough or very rough, occasionally high in Fastnet. Squally
