definition lists

I haven't followed the discussion for a while but I seem to remember that
there was a discussion of how definition list should look like.

Has there been any decision of what syntax to use? (I don't actually need a
script for doing the markdown => HTML conversion right now, but I would like
to be able to write definitions lists)
