Take the result from Markdown and put it into a template (which
contains the header etc), in it's simplest form it's just a
search and replace. For example:
theTemplate = "<html> .... <body> .... ##PageContent## ... </html>
print searchAndReplace(theTemplate, "##PageContent##", Markdown(
pageContent ) )
Something like that.
