Syntax highlight - Settings

Hi,

I've seen that Github allows certain and non traditional syntax highlighting with markdown.

I'd like to know, excluding the possibility of using html, is it possible to set a file where I define a syntax highlighting language (solidity or vyper) which is not set by default?
