Yes, that is correct.  It is PCB's.  In Virginia, they have to obtain a permit to take these things down.  I don't know what that involves, but they have left all the tranny equipped poles standing that I have seen.  Also, they are fixing to take out the section between Seven Mile Ford and McMullin, which has no private or public access.  They said NS has to give them track time to do it.  Evidently, these guys get track time for free at NS' convenience.  They are not connected with the crew on on the Shenandoah line.
