Good morning, Abram:

This sounds like a dream shop for a railfan involved
in restoration activities, too!  Add to it a sand
blast booth, 3,800 psi pressure washer, reciprocating
saw, grinder... well, never mind.  A $2,500 gift card
to Home Depot would do nicely!
