N&W Can Signal

 Can anyone send me a scan of a picture of an N&W cab signal display (i.e. 
the display mounted in the cab of the engine?)

I've never seen such a picture... either in the railroad's literature or 
in-service photographs, in technical signal literature, or in advertising.  (The 
representation in the rule book of the early 1950s doesn't count ! )
