Jim gave excellent directions. I would suggest you park on the road & look 
down
to Vardo - do not drive down to the office - they are not friendly with 
people on
their property.

There are several locations to see the NS action - one to the north on Wilson 
Blvd.
the other to the south from the Downsville Pike bridge.

There is usually some action at mid-day and late afternoon/ early evening. 
Winchester & Western visits Vardo on Monday - Wednesday - Friday about 10:30 am.
