11-17-2004 NS crews were removing the power switches at East Batavia siding.  The lights were out on the EB signal.

11-18-2004 The EB East Batavia signals were on this morning.  In the afternoon, the Batavia signals were dark. 
L51 was at West Afton with NS 9567, long hood forward, and 3-4 cars WB.  There was a power switch lying track side.  The WB signals were dark.
