Roanoke Passenger Station/A Thought

A coal mine ?  Maybe one could refer to the view of the concourse  and 
enclosed stairs to track level as resembling a coal processing structure; I  saw it 
in the 50's and consider it as typical for RR use.  The street side  view is 
solid, functional, and screams 'RAILROAD'. 
Just my opinion.  Go ahead - model it !
