Well, Clare, not at the end of a coal branch, but at the beginning.
There's no wye at the beginning of the Tug Fork Branch, west of Welch.
Trains to and from the east take cars to Farm and run around them. After
swapping ends, at Tug (Tower), they either head to Bluefield with coal
from the branch or they head down the branch with mtys. On Sept. 9, 1980,
Extra 1589 was pulling into a siding at Farm for a runaround move when it
was sideswiped by No.86 with an ID crew.
