Whilst not the answer to your question, I have purchased drawings of the 
vehicle from the Society.
they are numbered :-
D17914  dated 08/12/1916
G18743           22/11/1917
G18887           29/10/1917
G18947           23/11/1917
The third one seems to be out of number/date sequence, and are all tagged 
Roanoke, Va.
Not quite what you wanted, but it may lead you somewhere.
