Regarding the dates' discrepancy.

Was there a good reason for a two year lead-in time?
We (in the UK) were at war with Germany. What were you doing over there?.
There may have been some economic, or social, reason for the delay.

Would Ed King please translate "ceptin" for me? it's not an expresion that
I'm familiar with. As we say over here...two Nations seperated by a common
language!
