Covered Hoppers

The track where this took place is called the "Sand Pit". It is a short  
track off of the WB Running Track (across from the west end of the fueling  
tracks). It is still there and used to temporarily store units (3) waiting later  
dispatch or overflow if the inbound Motive Power tracks are full.
