Corrections - new Virginian book

Thanks Tom and Tom and others.

And while the book has failings, I'm more than pleased
to have it available. Yes, the correction sheet makes
it much more useful, and I've got to admit that I only
caught a fraction of the errors.

I remember when all we had was H. Reid's book, period.
