GOB North is now the Roanoke Higher Education Center and it seems to be
doing well in its adaptave reuse.

GOB South was reported in the Untimely and Worthless News a couple years ago
as undergoing renovation into
high-end downtown apartments. Is this a viable project? Are the renovations
still underway, are apartments occupied,
or did this go the way of some other Roanoke projects?
