In and About the Town

The heaviest passenger train, as far as the records show ever moved over the Norfolk and Western, was No. 16 Monday night. It was drawn by three engines, and in addition to the regular number of cars carried several special Pullmans and a number of cars carrying troops en route to the Jamestown Exposition.
