Tidewater in 1907 -- World Record?

Gentlemen,

Sometime, in the late '60s I suppose, I saw and photographed one of these
back-up moves to get an empty train to Elmore. There was a small manned
tower (actually just a shanty) called "KV" at the junction on the Vgn side.
