A in Chambersburg

Although you can't read the number, there does appear to be a small "Norfolk
and Western" under the number on the cab and no roadname on the tender. If
so, the date of 1943 is wrong, and this must be the 1206 on the way to the
NY World's Fair. Jim Nichols
