Who did I Pass

A little off subject here, But while getting onto I-81 today I was 
passed by an SUV that had Class J plates with N&WHS1 I'm just curious as 
to whom it was?

Also on another note I have my hands on some original decals that say 
NORFOLK AND WESTERN, the N is 3/4" wide and 1 1/4" high. Anyone know 
what it was used for? also anyone know where I can get a Decal made just 
like it? I'd like to put one on my Explorer.
