Photographer's Bridge - Rte. 616 Botetourt County, Blue Ridge

I'm researching some bridges along the N&W and have a few questions about the Photographer's Bridge at the top of Blue Ridge Grade.
 
When was it built?
Was it a N&W standard highway bridge?
Did N&W build it?
When was it demolished?
Are there any records of its construction?
