"The Electric N&W - part 2", page 14, column 3, paragraph 1:

"The difference between the averages for 1915 and those of 1916 may be accounted for in the accident that occurred last spring, whereby for a very considerable period the station capacity was reduced to one electric train with one pusher."

To what 'accident' is this referring?
