1889 Wreck of No. 2 at Thaxton

While doing some research on Joseph H. Sands, I ran across the Virginia Railroad Commission's report on the 1889 wreck of No. 2 at Thaxton on July 2, 1889. 


I'll be happy to send a copy to anyone who wants it. It's in PDF format, 40 pages long, and a tad over 2 megs in size.
