Alfred,

Buddy Phelps was featured in the "A Man In A Hurry" article. The article's
author was Col. Howard Hill and it appeared in December 1964 Trains
Magazine. Buddy Phelps was the engineer for an excursion using the 611 on
October 1959 from Crewe to Norfolk.
