Newly Opened Model Layouts

Today's Bristol Herald Courier had a front page illustrated story advising
that the Spirit Railroad Express model train museum is now open on
Saturdays in Marion, VA. Located in the basement of the Appalachian Spirit
Gallery on West Main Street it has its own entrance. Hours are 10:00 to
2:00, Sat. only. Four very nice layouts. The room is very clean, freshly
painted and has several of Ned Johnson's large train-themed art pieces as
decoration. Plenty, maybe too many, train sounds playing loudly.
