I just read through this thread. There are errors in the way the
diagram is designed. Basically, the interlocking plant is designed
wrong. There's a signal exiting the control point. That should not
be there. You have a signal as you enter a control point, but none
exiting one. This is referred to as an "OS", or Opposing Signal. I'm
sure there could be exceptions on occasion, but I'm not aware of any.

Also, you need to designate where the insulated joints are, which
should be at each signal. In the real world there are more in the
plant than that, but for modeling you don't need them.
