This probably isn't official but suspect that since the yard and trackage
that the Y needs to traverse go right thru or by where all the civil unrest
is situated (Ferguson), in the St. Louis area, that the powers that be will
want whatever is going on to be at a predicable level.

After all which has transpired to get this far, the last thing anyone would
want is to have some blockage on the rails or anything else to delay the
move thru the area.

If anyone knows where the tool car and dorm are situated, that is another
major factor as well.

Everyone wants it to come home safely.
