new question (Brent Greer's Questions on Markers) -- MY ERROR

In error I stated that the switch in chromatic standards for railroad signal glass was made in 1938. 

The year was 1935, not 1938. 

I should have check a lens, instead of relying on memory. Bad mistake for a history-guy to make.
