NW PR Photo at White WV

Do you have any idea of the photo's date?

The photo is from N&W Neg. #29181 made on 8/14/1941
and the train is Extra 2054 West.  Location is shown to
be Matewan, W.Va., but White is actually 1.8 mi. to the
east.                                           Harry
