It is near 37.422443, -81.383896. One attached picture provides a hillside reference to the houses. The other shows it was an auxiliary tender,

No. Maybe 0.75 mile. As you are going up the road there will be a string of 13 houses on your right. Near the 7th house there used to be a road going up toward a coal dump on your left and an industrial building or garage. Park there and look above the string of houses. You will probably never see it if there are leaves on the trees. If you come to the end of the paved road  and see a gate you have gone too far.
