Harriman Memorial Medal

Good morning, all:

I have attached a .pdf file with background information about the Harriman
Memorial Medal awarded to railroads for safety progress.  The other
describes the 1947 award to the N&W as an example.   My questions regarding
the N&W are:

1) when a Harriman safety award was received, did the railroad receive only
one of the medals?
2) what is the status of medals awarded to the N&W --do they exist anywhere?
