Thank you David.  That's one potentially useful resource.
And there's some good clinic material there (subtle again).
And I suspect that some of the buildings can be modified without too much
trouble.  A lot of railroad buildings in the first half of the 20th century
were built according to, more or less, the plans in a volume on railroad
structures by Berg(?)printed around 1893(?) which, IIRC, is available as a
free download from Google books.  Allow some time for the download; it's
several hundred pages.  But a great reference.
