more signal stuff

Abram, and any of you other signal heads (or is that arms) out there,
Another stroll along the Peavine yielded a couple of relay cabinets with a
few of the guts remaining (see attached pix).  A couple of the remaining
items caught my eye.  In the left-hand cabinet, bottom shelf, right-hand
side seems to be a fairly new chunk marked Safetran and my guess is a
battery charger.  The other item was in the right-hand cabinet, bottom
shelf, middle and I don't have a clue.  Once again, any help with
IDing/explaining the function of any of the pieces and the stenciled
designations underneath them ​
