Has the Jan, Feb, Mar Arrow been sent out?

Yes. Very simply, it is cheaper for us to print it in Roanoke and mail it direct. If we send it with the Arrow and have it printed in Missouri, it costs more to print and we then have to pay to have it inserted in with the magazine. 
We save printing costs, cost of shipping it to Missouri and insertion costs. This has been examined.
