Pullman Service to New York via N&W

I rode 42 (coach) out of New Orleans in 1954, but in the consist was N&W "Hampden Sydney College," one of the Budd built 10/6 cars.

Thanks for this very interesting information; I'm not sure of the era the member was inquiring about, but he did specify the routes he was interested in.  Wow, what an interesting photo it would be to see a sleeper hauled by a box-cab!
