Mr. Flick,

Yes, you may be suffering from a NWSL "16k fishbelly" tender with their 
late E2a. Weirdly, NJ Custom Brass/GOM created the reverse. To get a 16k 
tender for their Y2a, they essentially straight-framed their correct 18k 
fishbelly behind their Y3.
