Thanks for the correction Larry.  I've been to the NYC diamondone time, but saw no transfers going to the pier.  After looking ata track chart of the dumping facility, I asked how the engine got
around the loads to get back to the yard.  Well, now I know thecorrect answer.                                       Harry Bundy
