Wasena For Sale!
 From the Roanoke Times,


My cousin lived on Wasena Ave., the second house up on the right from 
Main St.  On summer nights I would spend the night over there and could 
more than plainly hear the slack run in & out as the crews were 
switching cars in South Yard. If I am not mistaken, there were steps 
from the street going down to the tracks on the north side of the tracks.
