One of the Herron videos has quite a bit of that. Not sure which volume.

Are there any N&W videos that show a Y working cars at a mine tipple?  The only thing I’ve ever seen is a short clip of a Y6 pushing cars towards the tipple on pigeon creek.

Eli,
I think that question would depend on what area you hold most interesting. Passenger, freight, steam, diesel? I have a lot of N&W and N&W/mixed videos and they are all great to me. You can't go wrong with any of the Herron or Greg Scholl videos. One of my favorites is the old Blackhawk video. It's color and has authentic sound. I believe Sunday River and A&R may have copied it. I can't help for anything newer than about 1964 though as I have no interest after the mergers.

There are countless DVDs covering 1950s N&W steam in detail. My question is, which ones are the most worth checking out? If anyone has recommendations please list them here!
Thanks,
